Tuition Payment Information

GCA provides flexible payment plan options to families at our private and faith-based school. 
Families can budget their tuition, making private school more accessible and affordable. Our 
process is simple, convenient, and secure. 

Go to ParentsWeb to complete Online Enrollment. The payment plan setup will be a step in the Online Enrollment process.

Frequently Asked Questions

• When will my payments be due? 
Tuition payments are due the 1st of each month beginning August 1st and continuing to May 1st each year.

• What happens when my payment day falls on a weekend or a holiday? 
Your payment will be processed on the next business day.

• What happens if a payment is returned? 
Returned payments may be subject to a $25 Returned Payment Fee.

• How do I make changes once my agreement is in the system? 
Changes to your address, phone number, email address, or banking information can be made at 
by contacting your school or in ParentsWeb. Any changes to payment dates or 
amounts need to be approved by the school.

All changes must be received by the school at least two (2) business days prior to the
payment date in order to affect the upcoming payment.

To view your payment plan details, login to your ParentsWeb account anytime and select Family Home/Family Billing.
