Field Trips

Each year our students participate in a variety of field trips to enhance their education with hands-on experience.  Our teachers select destinations that will challenge your child to think outside the box, and see first-hand that learning is fun, and happens inside and out of the classroom.  Our destinations include experiences such as:

The Chocolate Gallery - (2022) Learn about the different types of chocolates from all over the world. Beginning with an introduction of how they became, followed by a chance to watch the candy makers at work. Then, off to view the video on how cacao is produced, followed by various chocolate tastings is just what you get when touring.

Aggieland Wild Animal Safari - (2022) Students are able to ride a bus through the wild animal safari to see and learn about some of the most fascinating animals from various parts of the world. From tortoises to kangaroos and giraffes, this safari has them all. They even have a chance to get up close and personal with some when in the interactive petting zoo. Feeding the animals is always one of the favorite activities the students get the opportunity to do.

I-Fly- (2018) Students have the opportunity to participate in this amazing program where they experience flight first-hand.  They will participate in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) program, using a state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel to inspire and educate our students. Trained and reviewed STEM educators will guide your students through an interactive presentation, demos in the wind tunnel and grade-appropriate lab activities.

Sea World-(2018) Immerse your student in the living ocean.  See God’s creation up close and behind the scenes.  Learn about animal habitats, behavior, and how God designed each one to uniquely glorify Him.

Houston Museum of Natural Science-(2019) Explore the world around you.  From past to present, and even a peek into the future.  The museum allows you to walk the jungles of Africa, and explore the tombs of ancient Egypt, all in one place.  An experience your student won’t forget.
