EXTENDED CARE FOR 2024-2025
GCA Before & After School Programs
GCA offers a before and after school program for GCA enrolled students. The programs offers supervised care to enjoy breakfast (for before school care) or a snack (for after school care) that you provide, along with time for play & time for homework. Fees are charged per week and a daily prorate is not available for partial weeks.
Hours of Operation:
Before School (6:30am - 7:30am)……………………………………$35 per week
After School (3:45pm – 6:00pm).......................……..........$60 per week
Before School & After School Combo …………………………….$90 per week
Emergency Daily Drop In..............................……..…..…………….$60 per day
*Late Pick-up Fee*
Any child picked up after 6:00 PM will be assessed the following fee:
$25.00 per the first minute and $1.00 per minute after 6:00 PM
After school tuition is due by the 1st of the month and will not be considered past due until after the 5th of the month. An invoice will be sent out from quickbooks that can be paid online or returned to the school office. If payment is received after the 5th, a $15.00 late payment fee may be assessed.
